SCAT Inc. (the “Company”) hereby announces that, at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 13, 2024, we have resolved to change the names of our business segments from the first quarter of the fiscal year ending October 2024 (November 1,2023 to January 31, 2024).
１．Reason
The ICT business for beauty salons will be renamed to the Beauty ICT business, which is a name that is more in line with the actual situation, as the business area in mind is limited to beauty salons, and as the business expands by expanding services for general consumers.
In addition to providing Business services for small and medium-sized enterprises, the business services business for small and medium-sized enterprises will be renamed to the "Business Services Business," a name that reflects the actual situation by expanding various consulting services.
