SCAT Inc. (the “Company”) announces that it will pay a commemorative dividend at a Board of Directors meeting held on September 12,2023, consequently the dividend forecast has been revised, as described below.

🔳 Reason for the Commemorative Dividend.
In the fiscal year ending October 2023, the company plans to change its trade name to "SCAT inc.", and relocate its Tokyo head office to Minato-ku, Tokyo.
In this regard, we would like to express our thanks to the long-standing supports and commitments of our shareholders, our customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
To commemorate this, we have decided to pay 1 yen per share additionally as the commemorate dividend to express our thanks to our shareholders.
As a result, the year year-end dividend will become 6 yen per share of common stock, comprising the 5yen ordinary dividend plus the 1yen commemorative dividend
